Everything you need to know about getting your T-Doodle kit to you safely and on time.
🌿 Production Time
All T-Doodle kits are personalised and made to order in small weekly batches to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 PM will be included in that week's production run. Your kit will be printed, carefully prepared and packaged during the week, then dispatched the following Monday.
Please allow 7-14 days from ordering for your kit to arrive. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched!
Need it sooner? Email us at tdoodleshirts@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Delivered to your door within 2-3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your kit's journey!

FREE↩️ Returns & Refunds
Important: Before placing your order, please carefully check your design selection and the spelling of your child's name. Because every kit is personalised and printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Personalised kits (Solo, Sibling, Trio, Squad, Party Pack):
As these are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for personalised goods.
Fabric Markers Pack:
As a non-personalised item, you may return this within 14 days of receipt in its original unused condition for a full refund, in line with UK consumer law.
Faulty or damaged items:
If your kit arrives damaged or with an incorrect print, please contact us within 7 days at tdoodleshirts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost parcels:
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
