It's easy! Choose your kit, click "Choose a design" to pick from our unique designs, choose your sleeve type (short or long sleeve), select a size, and add your child's first name if the design includes one. Once everything looks good, click Add to Cart and checkout. Simple!

Please double-check everything - especially the spelling of your child's name - before placing your order. Because every kit is personalised and printed just for you, we're unable to make changes once your order has been placed. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at tdoodleshirts@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Yes! If you need more than 5 kits - for a school event, large birthday party, or any other occasion - get in touch at tdoodleshirts@gmail.com and we'll arrange a special price just for you. 🎉

Please use first name only, up to 10 characters. Longer names may not fit within the design. If your child has a longer name, consider using a nickname or shortened version!

Some of our designs don't include a name as part of the artwork - the design stands beautifully on its own! When a design includes a name, you'll see the name field appear automatically when you select it.

🌿 To keep T-Doodle sustainable and reduce waste, all kits are produced in small weekly batches.

Orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 PM will be included in that week's production run. Your kit will be printed, carefully prepared and packaged during the week, then dispatched the following Monday.

Please allow 7–14 days from ordering for your personalised kit to arrive. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched!

We currently ship within the UK only. We hope to expand internationally in the future - watch this space! 🌍

We currently offer sizes 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, and 9-11 years in both short and long sleeve. Long sleeve is available for an additional £2 per shirt. We plan to add more sizes, including adult sizes, in the future!

Every T-Doodle kit includes:

📋 Protective cardboard insert (stops colours bleeding through)

For best results:

✅ Wait 24 hours after colouring before washing
✅ Machine wash at 30–40°C (cooler is better for colours)
✅ Turn the shirt inside out to keep colours bright
❌ Do not bleach

Yes! Our fabric markers are water-based and safe for children to use. As with all art materials, we recommend adult supervision for younger children.

Our photos are a true guide to your design, but every shirt is individually heat-pressed by hand - so the exact placement may sit very slightly higher, lower, or off-centre compared to the photo. This small variation is completely normal and part of what makes each kit a handmade piece, made just for you!

If your shirt arrives with the print significantly misplaced, crooked, or otherwise not as expected, that's not normal and we'll happily sort it - see "My order arrived damaged or incorrect" below. 💜

Because every kit is personalised and made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. Please make sure you're happy with your design and name spelling before placing your order!

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at tdoodleshirts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (including print placement that's significantly off, damage, or anything incorrect), and we'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible - either with a reprint or a refund. 💜
